Products and availability
We display restaurant, café, bakery, refrigeration and fabrication equipment using the available Al Ahlia catalog data. Fulfilment remains subject to confirming stock and specifications with the customer. Products without a valid price or image are not submitted to Google Shopping.
Prices and tax
Prices are in UAE dirhams. The cart summary shows product value, tax and any delivery cost before the order is confirmed; standard UAE delivery is currently displayed at AED 0.
Orders and payment
Submitting checkout creates an order with a reference number. The team contacts you to confirm stock, delivery and payment when manual confirmation is selected. Card or Tabby options are shown only after they are actually enabled and connected.
Cancellation and returns
Cancellation and return requests are governed by the Returns & refunds policy. Custom-fabricated products are subject to the details agreed in the project quotation.
Use and applicable law
You must provide accurate contact information and must not misuse or attempt to disrupt the store. Transactions are subject to the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
